Welcome to Talk Invoice ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Talk Invoice mobile application (the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
License and Usage Rights

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or business purposes.

Payment Processing
💳 Billing and Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through your app store account (iOS App Store or Google Play Store).
All payments are processed securely by Apple or Google's payment systems.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers.
🔄 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your app store account settings.
💰 Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the app store's refund policies (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not process refunds directly.
Voice Data Processing

How It Works
- Voice recordings are processed locally on your device when possible
- Audio securely sent to our servers for further processing, and deleted within 30 days.
- We do not permanently store voice recordings.

- Voice recognition errors or inaccuracies
- Service interruptions or technical difficulties
Indemnification

- Your invoice content or customer communications
- Any illegal or fraudulent activities
Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.
You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Termination
👤 Your Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason with 30 days notice. Immediate termination may occur for serious violations.
📁 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your license to use the App immediately ends
- You may export your data within 30 days
- We will delete your data according to our retention schedule
- Outstanding obligations remain in effect
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of New York.
